All prospective Mill Creek student-athletes must complete their forms and upload their physical on BigTeams in order to try out.

VOLLEYBALL
- Volleyball tryouts will be the first week of school (Wednesday-Friday) from 3:30-5:30 PM. 
- 7th Grade - Creekside Gym
- 8th Grade - Mill Creek Gym

CROSS COUNTRY
- Practice starts the first Thursday of the school year. We practice daily from 3:30-5:00 PM.

FIELD HOCKEY
- Practice will begin 2 weeks before the start of school (T,W,Th) for a chance to learn the sport for new people and a chance to play together for returners.  
- The season typically runs until late October. They will play approximately 10 games and they will practice or play 4-5 days a week.

SIDELINE CHEERLEADING
- Learn the fundamentals of cheer - no experience is necessary!
- Practices are held in the late summer in the evening, then once school begins practices are held after school, 3:30-6 PM

FOOTBALL
- Conditioning: August 20-22, 5:30-8 PM at Mill Creek Middle School
- First Practices: Aug. 26, 28, & 29, 6-8 PM at Mill Creek Middle School
