Pay to Participate Fee Payment
Pay to participate fees are paid via Eleyo, the district's primary payment portal. The cost for a Middle School sport is $150 and High School sports are $250. Student-athlete families submit payment information via Eleyo in advance of the season, then payments are run after rosters are finalized. Registration is two-fold - Create your accounts on BigTeams, complete your annual forms (both parent and student), and upload your student-athlete's physical. Pay to participate fees are paid each season (fall, winter, spring) via Eleyo. Annual forms are only completed once per school year. Visit website
Family Max Reimbursement Request Form
Dexter families who have exceeded pay-to-participate fees of $1,000 in one school year are eligible for reimbursement of the amount over $1,000. On this form, please list all of the sports and fees that were paid. You may email it to athletics@dexterschools.org or drop it off at the Athletic Office. The deadline to submit this form is May 31. Athletic Scholarship Application
Athletic scholarships for pay-to-participate fees are available for Mill Creek and High School families. The deadline to apply for a scholarship is before tryouts of the season in which a student-athlete plays a sport.
